The Sunsets Restaurant will light up your days and evenings with glorious views of Romora Marina and the bay in the day, and amazing sunsets views in the evenings. The Sunsets Restaurant welcomes guests of the hotel and marina as well as all those staying in Harbour Island and Eleuthera. We are proud to present for the 2012-2013 season a brand new Continental Cuisine menu...a fusion of Bahamian, European, and American cuisines! From festive appetizers and sandwiches, to innovative entrees, to decadent desserts, we offer an extensive menu including fresh local fish and seafood, fresh made pastas and sandwiches, and an array of house-made pizzas, complete with house-made crusts! Sunsets Restaurant also provides for our littlest of patrons with our Sunsets Children's Menu. Daily Food and Drink Specials abound. Sunsets Restaurant is an excellent choice for Lunch and Dinner. Hilltop Terrace
Coming soon to Romora Bay Resort and Marina. We are proud to announce we will be opening our Hilltop Restaurant Venue for dinner service. Featuring novel and innovative cuisine, provided collectively, of Chef/Owner Manfredi Mancini, of the successful Harbour Island Restaurant, Acquapazza, and Chef Paolo Di Chiara, formerly of Coco Di Mama in Eleuthera Island, we are opening our lovely, quaint, Hilltop Restaurant Venue. The restaurant will feature a Churrasco theme. Entrees will be prepared using a charcoal grill and served in the traditional and classic Churrascaria style. The menu will offer tantalizing local fish and seafood including lobster, snapper, conch, stone crab, and more, prepared over Eleuthera Casuarina Charcoal. Further, the menu will offer mouthwatering cuts of meat including organic pork, Abaco chicken, house-made sausages, Black Angus tenderloin and rib eye steaks, and more. Reservations are welcomed.
