- 60-90 days: $2.00 per foot/day
- 90-120 days: $1.75 per foot/day
- 120-180 days: $1.50 per foot/day
- Over 180 days: $1.25 per foot/day
- Electricity Fees: $0.65 per kWh consumed
- Water Fees: $20.00 per day
