Unspoiled Beauty

Cuisine on the island is incredible and varied. There are first-class gourmet restaurants and more casual venues. Dress up or dress down, depending upon your mood. Many restaurants have outside terraces, where you can watch the remarkable sun setting across calm, blue-green waters. These are moments you won’t soon forget and pictures your mind will return to for many years to come.

The Princess Street Gallery sells mostly local art including watercolors by Elizabeth Berry, whose bright streetscapes decorate many of the island's houses, and works by Stephen Scott Young, considered the Wyeth of the Bahamas.
